The Loyal Retainers Withdrew before Dawn on December 15th, 1702. On the Point of Crossing the Ryogokubashi Bridge, They Ran into Hattori Ichiro, Shogun's Direct Retainer, Who Was on Patrol of the Streets. Hattori Persuaded the Retainers Not to Cross the Bridge and Told Them to Change the Route and Head toward Takanawa.
