ASAKAI Yoko’s Sight series depicts people watching movies on TV in their homes. Her camera, looking out at the room from the same side as the TV, captures the people living in the house and its interior. While making us wonder what led to these domestic circumstances and what kind of movie the people are watching, the works pique our interest in the lives of vulnerable strangers.
