Jenny was born without her right arm. She is the daughter of Daniel Ronnie, a former paratrooper who was certified as a defoliant victim. She was a child born after returning from Vietnam. Some studies have shown that dioxins cause damage at the genetic (DNA) level, and American veterans organizations are also supporting children born with disabilities (Philadelphia, November 5, 1982).

Kang Ju-kwan, who was sent to Da Nang as a medic for the South Korean Tiger Division, has been suffering from dermatitis for 20 years. Thomas Buono has been diagnosed with defoliant exposure disease by a Veterans Affairs hospital and continues to receive treatment. Former paratrooper of the 173rd Airborne Brigade. He suffers from skin inflammation all over his body that will not heal for 15 years (New York, October 1982).

Hieng (8 years old), who is congenitally blind, and his mother Bu Thi Lam (43 years old). Her father served on the Ho Chi Minh route, which was the focus of Operation Defoliation. The child was born after he was demobilized. On December 21, 1981, his mother appeared with Hieng in front of American veterans visiting Hanoi and continued to quietly protest (Hanoi, 1981).
