The world’s first photo-interview, which was published in Le journal illustre, was conducted with the scientist Michel Eugene Chevreul, who was nearing his hundredth birthday. Felix NADAR interviewed him and Paul NADAR, his son, photographed the interview in process. By then, NADAR was using gelatin dry plates with exposures of one 120th of a second.
