作品画像：先天盲のHieng=ヒエン（8歳）と母 Bu Thi Lam=ブー・ティ・ラム（43歳）。父親は枯葉作戦の集中的な目標とされたホーチミン・ルートに従軍した。彼が復員してから生まれた子どもだった。1981年12月21日、ハノイを訪れたアメリカの復員軍人たちの前に、母親はヒエンを連れて現れ、静かに抗議を続けた（ハノイ、1981年）

Hieng (8 years old), who is congenitally blind, and his mother Bu Thi Lam (43 years old). Her father served on the Ho Chi Minh route, which was the focus of Operation Defoliation. The child was born after he was demobilized. On December 21, 1981, his mother appeared with Hieng in front of American veterans visiting Hanoi and continued to quietly protest (Hanoi, 1981).
